Everything's good just a minor issue is that whenever they say Press B to Back And I click B it Presses Confirm instead of Back I have to Press A for Back In standard games too I even selected controller settings still this issue is coming

I was spectable aboutt the open box product, but it sounded same as my previous owned FIFINE H8 headphone, which I purchased as a new.
the cooler is better than i expected, in this price range only this one gives 3600rpm fans and im really satisfied with the results. as the fans are magnetic and removable. i could easily align them with my laptops intake. overall very nice product.

Loved it, the build is metal. But the mic was little loose inside shock mount, overall a good purchase.
If you simply want to copy music and start playing and doesn't care for custom playlists or search by song name or number, then this is good product.
But if you are the one who has his own collection of music and has his own playlists created as .m3u files and want to "import into" or "play through" the player, then THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. It doesn't support .m3u format files.
Also the software lacks search feature. If your music is well organized through folders, then you will find it frustrating to navigate through them to play 1st song from one folder and then 2nd from from another folder. A solution to it can be adding songs to the player-provided playlists but they are limited in number (only 3). Or you can scroll through Album/Artist/Song/ etc categorization that should be available in Music menu.
Except for the custom playlists support and search feature, the player provides decent features like FM Radio, Voice Recording, Alarm, etc.
The build quality is also nice with tactile physical buttons. But frequent use of buttons for navigation may cause annoyance because of buttons click sound.
If you insert a SD Card having music you can navigate through it and play but ONLY through the Folder menu. Music menu will not recognize it.
The device is working fine and no damages or scratches.
Camera clarity not that great, app is easy to use.
Mic was shipped within a day. Nice service.
