I purchased one teaching mic from origin shop the delivery was good the sound is also good but when we turn the volume control there is a bad song sometime it is not working so best prefer to go for a friend like Ahuja

Hi, since i have been in the middle of my exams, i just checked it once, kindly register my warranty.
The keyboard itself works fine, but I was disappointed with the overall quality. The packaging box arrived in poor condition and didn't provide enough protection. The biggest issue is the keycaps, which feel cheap and have a low-quality finish. For the price, I expected much better packaging and better quality keycaps. I hope these issues are improved in future batches.
Good, better, simple minor scratches but the keyboard feeling like that it's body is somehow band i any side that's it doesn't feel like totally flat

It was received decently packaged and the unit itself was in pristine condition. It was delivered on time on the promised date.
The outer package was dented and so was one corner of the box of the mic but the contents were safe and unscathed.
I am facing a slight issue with the mic. I am aware it is a dynamic mic which are known to have low input sensitivity. I am however upon keeping the input Knob at about 70% and all system volume settings at 100 and having installed the latest drivers after plugging the mic into the laptop am still finding upon speaking 4 inches away at a comfortable volume that the volume remains between -24 dB and -12db.
I am not sure if this what is expected from this specific mic or am I missing something.
Totally disappointed. Charging problem occurs after 3 weeks. User guide suggests it will take minimum 3 hours of fully charging, but it takes nearly 20 to 25 mins for complete charging. I don't use fast charging adaptor. After full charge, it does not work. Then average 3 to 4 hours later , it starts working. But its running time is nearly 3.5 hours . After that , it requires charging. I want to exchange this or return this. Will be happy if you take necessary steps.
